About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to buying a domain name from My Brand ("we", "us"). By using this website, or by sending an inquiry or making a purchase, you agree to them.
The names we list
- Every name shown is owned by us and offered for sale. A listing is an invitation to buy, not a binding promise to sell on our part.
- Prices are in the currency shown and may change at any time until a purchase is complete. A name may be sold elsewhere before your purchase is complete.
- We do our best to keep everything on this website accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every description, price or availability is free of errors at every moment.
Buying through a marketplace
"Buy now" takes you to a third-party marketplace or escrow service (for example Spaceship, Afternic, Sedo or Dan.com). Payment, buyer protection and the transfer of the domain are handled by that service under its own terms, which you accept when you buy there. We are not responsible for the services those companies provide.
Inquiries and private sales
- Inquiries sent through this website do not bind either of us. A sale is agreed only when we both confirm it in writing, and it is completed through a recognized escrow service or marketplace.
- Once we have been paid in full, we start the transfer to you promptly. How long a transfer takes depends on the registrar and the registry.
After the transfer
- Once a domain has been transferred to you, you are responsible for renewing it, keeping your registrar account secure, and how the name is used.
- A sale is final once the transfer is complete, except where the marketplace's own terms say otherwise.
Your responsibility for how you use a name
Domain names are sold as they are. We do not promise that a name is free of trademarks or other rights held by others in every country or industry, or that it suits your particular purpose, so please check before you buy. You agree not to use a name you buy from us for anything unlawful.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from a sale, and our total liability for any sale is limited to the amount you paid us for that domain.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ontario.
